Down Town Mall project in the New Administrative Capital is one of the pioneering projects of Eight Developments, and it stands out with its excellent location in the heart of the administrative capital, close to vital places and offering a captivating view of the central park and the tourist promenade. The project consists of a ground floor and 10 floors, with two basement levels for parking. The units in the mall are designated for commercial and administrative activities, with sizes starting from 27 square meters.
The units in Down Town Mall are available at prices starting from 35,000 Egyptian pounds, with a 10% down payment and installment plans of up to 20 years. The general consultant and responsible for the engineering drawings in those projects was Dr. Ayman Ashour, who was the Deputy Minister of Higher Education.
Additionally, Eight Developments collaborated with Archrete, the general consultant for the project and designs of Down Town Mall in the New Administrative Capital. Archrete has extensive experience in this field, having designed and executed more than 30 projects in the New Administrative Capital. The engineering consultant for the Down Town Mall project was Eng. Waleed Abdel Ghaffar, who has executed projects such as the Medina Airport and the Ministry of Justice building, as well as over 12 malls in the New Administrative Capital.
